10×TBST buffer (pH7.4) (BZ226)

10×TBST buffer (pH7.4) (BZ226)

Category:

Description

TBST buffer is an isotonic buffer salt solution commonly used in biology. It is mainly used to wash away non-specifically bound antibodies on the membrane in Western Blot experiments. Tris-HCl constitutes a stable pH buffer system, NaCl provides isotonic conditions, and Tween-20 as a detergent can increase the elution capacity of the buffer. This product is a 10× concentrated liquid, which needs to be diluted to 1× working liquid before use. Please tighten the cap in time after use to prevent volatilization. Storage at 4°C can extend the shelf life of the product. Low temperature storage is not recommended for long-term storage. If the product crystallizes out, please place it in a 37℃ water bath until it is completely dissolved.

Specification: 500mL

Storage: storage at room temperature

Validity: 12 months

This product is sterilized by 0.2μm filter

In molecular biology, TBST (or TTBS) is a mixture of tris-buffered saline (TBS) and Polysorbate 20 (also known as Tween 20). It is a buffer used for washing nitrocellulose membrane in western blotting and microtiter plate wells in ELISA assays .
