Description
The full name is Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate HEPES buffer, which is mainly composed of HEPES , sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate, BSA , glucose, etc. Used for animal in vitro experiments , body perfusion and tissue cleaning. And maintain the normal physiological function of the isolated tissue . Only suitable for laboratory research experiments.
Note: Sterile solution mainly prevents microbial contamination.
