Product Introduction
Phosphate buffered saline, Phosphate-Buffered Saline, is one of the most commonly used phosphate buffered solutions, also known as Dulbecco’s phosphate buffered saline, Dulbecco’s PBS, D-PBSA, CMF-DPBS, D-PBS, DPBS.
PBST (1×, pH7.4), also known as PBS-Tween, is composed of sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, etc., contains 0.05% Tween20, does not contain Ca2+, Mg2+, and has a pH of 7.4. It is mostly used ELISA cleaning solution can also be used to clean PVDF membrane or NC membrane in Western Blot experiment.
This product is 1× working fluid and can be used directly. Storage at 4°C can extend the shelf life of the product. Low temperature storage is not recommended for long-term storage.
Instructions for use
1. Operation refer to the specific requirements of the experiment. No need to prepare, use directly.
2. When cleaning the membrane, repeat 3 times for 5-10 minutes each time.
Precautions
1. Low temperature storage is easier to produce precipitation. If there is precipitation, please shake or place it in a 37℃ water bath until it is completely dissolved before use.
2. For your safety and health, please wear lab coats and disposable gloves for operation.
